PRODUCT QUESTIONS
Classic balloon décor uses uniform balloons arranged in symmetrical patterns, such as traditional arches, columns, and centerpieces. Organic balloon décor has a more natural look, mixing balloon sizes and colors for a modern, free-flowing style that’s popular for photo backdrops and luxury events in Los Angeles.

We specialize in balloon decor only — balloon arches, columns, garlands, organic installations, balloon walls, ceiling installs, bouquets, and specialty structures. We do not offer board backdrops, step-and-repeats, flowers, or rental of chairs and tables.
Balloon Arches — Classic & Organic
A classic arch uses uniformly sized balloons in a structured spiral or symmetrical pattern — clean, festive, and timeless. An organic arch uses varied balloon sizes and has a free-form, artistic look that's popular for upscale events and photo backdrops. Both are beautiful; the right choice depends on your event style and budget.
Classic spiral arches start at 20 ft (fits a 10x10 space) and go up to 25 ft (fits a 15x10 space) and beyond. Organic arches are available as half arches (6 ft x 4 ft or 8 ft x 4 ft) or full arches (10 ft x 10 ft or 15 ft x 10 ft). Custom sizes are available — contact us for a quote.
A half arch is great when you want a statement piece on one side — think: above a dessert table, framing a doorway, or filling a corner. A full arch spans both sides and creates a dramatic entrance or walk-through moment. Full arches work beautifully for grand openings, ceremonies, and large event entrances.
Classic spiral arches start at $250 for a 20-ft arch. Organic half arches start at $350, and organic full arches start at $600. Foil arches are $550. Helium arches are $475. Final pricing depends on size, balloon type, colors, and complexity.
Installation time varies by size and complexity. A standard classic arch can go up in 30–60 minutes. Larger organic arches or custom builds may take 1–2+ hours. We factor setup time into our scheduling so your arch is ready before guests arrive.
Classic arches on frames and organic arches on grids are typically air-filled, which means they're more stable and longer-lasting than helium-filled versions. Helium arches are also available (at a higher price) for a floating look. We'll recommend the right fill for your event.
Yes, with the right setup. Outdoor arches require proper weighting and anchoring for wind. We handle all of that — just let us know your venue setup and we'll advise on the best approach.

Yes. We deliver get-well and new baby balloon bouquets. Before ordering, check with the hospital to confirm they accept balloons and whether they allow latex or foil only. Some hospitals restrict latex.
Yes. For decor orders (arches, garlands, installs, etc.), delivery and installation are included. We arrive, set everything up, and make sure it looks perfect before we leave.
Yes. Breakdown and pickup are available for large balloon installations. Teardown fees vary and are quoted at the time of booking. Let us know upfront if you'll need cleanup and we'll include it in your quote.
Local/minimum delivery starts at $25 and goes up to $100+ depending on distance. Early AM delivery (before normal business hours) is an additional $75. All fees are confirmed in your quote.

Latex balloons are biodegradable — they're made from natural rubber tree sap. We take sustainability seriously and partner with TerraCycle to recycle 100% of latex and Mylar balloons after events. We also reuse foil balloons, bases, poles, and frames whenever possible.
No. We do not do balloon releases outdoors. Releasing balloons into the environment is harmful to wildlife and the ecosystem — and it's increasingly restricted by local ordinances in California. All our work is designed for indoor display or anchored outdoor use.
Through our TerraCycle partnership, we collect and recycle 100% of latex and Mylar balloons after events. Foil balloons, frames, and hardware are reused. We're committed to responsible disposal.
Yes, through our TerraCycle recycling program. Foil balloons are not recyclable through standard curbside recycling, so our program ensures they're handled responsibly.
Yes. Air-filled balloon decor lasts significantly longer than helium-filled decor and doesn't require helium — which is a limited resource. For standard balloon decor, we recommend at least 1–2 days. For large corporate installs or events with custom elements, 1–2 weeks is ideal. That said, we do same-day and rush orders — just call us directly.
Yes. A deposit is required for custom orders to hold your date. The deposit amount is confirmed at booking. For standard orders, payment is due at the time of service.
The final balance is due at the time of service for standard orders. For custom orders, any remaining balance after the deposit is due on the day of your event.

We provide quotes after a brief conversation about your event — size, colors, location, and date. Reach out via phone or the website contact form and we'll turn around a quote fast. Standard orders typically get same-day quotes; custom orders within 24–48 hours.
Your quote includes design consultation, all materials and balloons, delivery, and installation. Breakdown/pickup is included if required or requested, though a teardown fee may apply for large installs.
For standard orders, cancellations are accepted up to the day before delivery. For custom orders, cancellation is allowed as long as no special or custom balloons were ordered on your behalf. If custom balloons were ordered specifically for your event, a restocking fee applies.
